Hallucination Checker API

A REST API built to detect and flag potential hallucinated citations in academic papers, similar to the GPTzero integration. The API accepts paper text and citation lists and returns a report indicating citations that require verification. It addresses the growing concern of AI-generated inaccuracies in research, particularly inspired by the recent ICLR submissions.
