CacheSentinel

A debugging and testing utility specifically for Next.js server actions and caching. Allows developers to easily verify cache invalidation and data fetching behavior, particularly related to ‘use cache’ directives and cacheTags. Addresses the reported error where cacheTag cannot be called outside the 'use cache' function.
